First, put your actions in the folder such as this..
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0\Presets\Photoshop Actions
Now on the action tab, click on the top right corner (arrowhead thing) and click on load actions.
There...your action is on the list, press play and stop playing with yourself...:*

You can use translation from online translator I guess (such as altavista...sorry mod this is not an ad). And you know what..this forum is also a great place to learn English!

Welcome, Freehan, and AF!
We are from different places of the globe so our english is not perfect either... but as Asmat said,it is a good place to learn!

How about a visual demostration :)
STEP 1.
Find your downloaded files (actions) and copy them to the following destination (replace the version x with the version you have)
c:\program files\adobe\photoshop x.x\presets\photoshop actions\
Once you have completed that step, open up photoshop and find the ACTIONS PANEL. If you don't have it open, go to WINDOWS > ACTIONS

Once there, click that black arrow in the following picture, it will open up a long list of items. Pick the one that says, LOAD ACTIONS...
You are donehttp://www.btkdesigns.com/step2.jpg
A window will open up looking similar to the one below. Click your file and choose LOAD.

Hope this helps.
