I'm looking for a way to resize a large number of images, but not to a specific size. Because of the vertical and horizontal orientation of my various photos, I want to be able to decrease the size of photos I won't be printing by a given percentage. Is there an easy way to do this? Right now, I'm doing them one by one...

Thanks!
Dominique

Sorry the reply was from me and i forgot to log in. So i'll repost for those who get the unregistered - Ignored user thing :)

Ok first off i am assuming you do not know anything on actions or the batch process. So, here are some links

http://www.transcontinental-printing.com/cust/training/pdf/PhotoshopActionsBatchProc.pdf
http://www.niched-hubs.com/articles/photoshop-actions-workshop/
http://www.cbtcafe.com/photoshop/batch/batch.html

Now as for adjusting the image based on percent values, you do just that, go to the image size menu and change the value to percent instead of pixel or inches or what ever you are currently using.

Thanks for your response. I was having trouble figuring out how to use the "percent" option in Image-Resize. Once I turned on the Resample option, everything worked out. Thanks for your help!
