Is it possible to resize a batch of jpegs and also to do a batch conversion of jpegs to gifs,to save time?:[

Yes. Create an action doing what you want to do, and then use Save For Web to save the files out to .gif... Then just check "Override Action 'Save As...' Commands" in the Automate-Batch dialog box.
Any more specific questions, just ask.

The easest way is download Easy Thumbnails (shareware)it will resize all the pics in a folder in one go, and does it very quickly, (a few seconds) you set the maximum size you want and away it go's, leaving the originals untouched
for converting the format try Graphic Workshop Pro (download a trial version) even converts aol art file extensions! Wayne
