actions again

Hello everyone,
Once again I return to the bastion of information and HELP!!! I use PS7. After downloading some actions on the net from earlier versions of PS I noticed an aspect of actions I have yet to duplicate.
Currently, my recorded actions only allow manipulations using the insert stop. I've seen actions from the net that go straight to any manipulations, the levels command for example and allow to you adjust settings.
Surely PS7 cna do what earlier versions can do. I wish my actions would open up the levels, curves or blur windows for example without me having to push the stop from the insert stop window.
Please help!!!!

All you have to do is follow the instructions in the attached image AFTER you create the action. It will open the dialog box, wait for the settings, and then resume the action after you hit OK.
